Sales Policy
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold any animal. The remainder is due upon pick up.
(In the event that the animal becomes unavailable from our end, that deposit is refundable, but if the interested buyer backs out, it is non-refundable.)
Pickup dates are to be determined for animal purchases. If the buyer is unable to pick up the animal by the set time, nearby date arrangements can be made, or board can potentially begin to be charged for extended stays.
All sales are final once the animal leaves the property. We are not obligated to buy-back any animal purchased from us.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale to any potential buyer.
We do not offer delivery at this time. Buyers must pick up their animals.
